Wonderful Oil Painting, Herbert Griffith Owens (Born 1902) WPA Houses by Factory

I just love this painting that I recently found close to Cincinnati. Its a wonderful painting of some houses in front of a factory. WPA era. Painted on masonite and signed Owens in the lower right corner. Hasn’t been framed in a while and has some losses especially to the upper left edge.

Looks like the work of Herbert Griffith Owens to me. Signature matches as does the style and theme.

Just over 12 inches by just under 10 inches
